Essential part of Beauty Care is Hair Care. Bangalinet introduces some authentic hair care home remedies for beautiful long and healthy hair. Beauty Care comprises of regular hair care. Keeping in mind the extreme changes in temperature and the change in lifestyle, you need to fix a beauty care regimen for long lustrous dark tresses. For thick, strong glossy hair the roots must be firm and scalp healthy and well nourished. Nutrients are key to healthy hair. A balanced diet rich in protein, minerals and vitamins,especially iron, sulphur, zinc, B complex and Vitamin C as
well as essential fatty acids is essential for healthy hair.
To lend a rich burgundy tint to hair :-

Henna regularly for about once a week. Take 200gms of henna and add one cup of amla and tea water to it. Mix together and leave in an iron vessel overnight. Apply it to your hair the next day, leave on for at least two hours and wash off. When dry, apply amla hair oil. This will help darken the hair dramatically in 3 to 4 applications.


To treat tangled hair :-

Apply 5 tbs of honey. Leave on for 5 mins. and wash off.

For the shine in your hair :-
After shampoo wash your hair with lemon juice and black tea.

For smooth & straight hair :-
Oil your hair twice a week with castor and coconut oil mixed together and apply the following pack twice a week. Beat 2 eggs, add a tsp. of honey, two tsp. each of amla, reetha and fenugreek powder to it. Mix well and apply on scalp and hair and leave on for 30 mins. Wash off with a shampoo formulated for dry and undernourished hair.

To treat hard hair :-
Mix castor and coconut oil and massage into the roots gently followed with a turban therapy. To soften hair further, you can apply mayonnaise to the hair once a week. Leave on for 30 mins and wash off with a mild herbal shampoo.
 
To treat rough hair with split ends :-
Pamper hair regularly with oil massages and turban therapy. Apply henna at least once a week. Take care of your diet. OR Massage half a tsp each of honey and almond hair oil into the scalp gently and wrap your hair in a shower cap. Leave on for at least half an hour and wash off. Do this treatment for twice a week for a month.Make a pack of egg, curd, honey and Til oil. Applying it is very useful for the dry hair. Or, you can make a solution with yellow portion of the egg, Jojoba oil and milk. Leave it for 25 minutes. Then rinse of the hair with an Aromatic shampoo. It will bring a glow in a rough hair.

Coloured hair get dry fast. For that mix an egg with Vodka and apply. Leave it for 30 minutes and rinse off. It will make the hair soft and help to maintain the colour also.
