Ice-creams
are favourite among all. Wafers and cherries make immediate ingredients
and add flavour to them. Some innovative recipes to decorate ice-creams
and serve as you please this summer. |

Kulfi |

Ingredients:
Condensed Milk : 1tin,
Milk : 4 cups, Khoa : 100gm,Maida : 1tbsp, Chopped and blanched almonds:
10-12pc, Kesar 1/2tsp powdered |
|

Mix
together condensed milk, milk, maida and khoa. Bring to boil, stirring
constantly. Reduce heat and cook for 5minutes stirring constantly.
Remove from fire. Cool. Add almonds and kesar dissolved in 1tsp
of water. Fill into kulfi moulds and freeze overnight
|

| Vanilla
Ice Cream With Chocolate Sauce |

Ingredients:
(For Ice-cream)
Condensed Milk : 3/4tin, Cold milk 1 1/2cup
Cream 1 1/2cup, Vanella essence 1tsp |

Chocolate Sauce)
Condensed Milk : 1/4tin, Milk 1/2cup, Cocoa 3tbsp, Unsalted butter

Steps
(For
Ice-cream)
Combine condensed
milk, milk and vanilla essence in a bowl. Whip up the cream lightly
and fold into the above mixture. Pour the mixture into a freezing
tray and freeze till the mixture is half set. Remove from freezer
and beat until smooth. Return to tray and freeze until firm.

Steps
(For Chocolate
Sauce)
Combine milk and cocoa
and stir to paste. Add condensed milk and unsalted butter. Heat over
medium flame till thick enough and glossy. Serve ie-cream with hot
chocolate sauce |

Ingredients:
Vanilla
ice-cream - 1 scoop, Chocolate ice-cream - 1 scoop, Whisked cream
- 15 ml, Wafer - 1,Chocolate flakes - 10gms., Caramel sauce -
10 ml.Sugar-30gms, Butter-15gms, Cream-55ml, Chocolate flakes - 10gms. ,
Caramel sauce - 10 ml., Sugar-30gms, Butter-15gms, Cream-55ml

Steps:
To make
caramel sauce mix sugar and butter and put it on low flame. When
it thickens remove from fire. In one bowl place vanilla ice-cream.
Add over it half chocolate flakes. Place the chocolate scoop and
add the rest of the chocolate flakes. Decorate it with caramel sauce,
whisked cream and wafer.

Ingredients:
Mango
ice-cream -1 scoop, Strawberry ice-cream -1 scoop, Chocolate ice-cream
-1 scoop,Scooped fruits - 25 ml, Whisked cream - 15 ml,Strawberry
sauce - 25 ml, For Strawberry sauce fresh strawberry pury-50 ml
Icing sugar - 25 gms. |

Steps:
Mix strawberry
puree and icing sugar and strain.
In low flame put this mixture and remove from fire only when it thickens.
Store it in a bowl. In a bowl put the ice-cream scoops in the middle
and surround it with fruits. Pour strawberry sauce from above and
add the whisked cream. |
