| Pomegranate
(Bedana) Juice |

Ingredients:
Pomegranate-4,
Cinnamon powder, Crushed ice-1cup |

|
Steps:
Take the
pomegranates and cut into halves. Scoop out the seeds and strain
out the liquid through a strainer in a bowl. Add a few pinches of
cinnamon powder and one cup of crushed ice. Stir well and serve.

| Tamarind
(Tetul) Juice |
 |
Ingredients:
Tamarind
with skin-100gms
Water-6 cups
Sugar-half cup
Black Salt- one-fourth spoon
Crushed ice- 2 cups |

Steps:
Roast
the tamarind on slow fire. Break them into pieces and boil
in six cups of water. Remove when the tamarind turns soggy. Skin
them and mash well. Strain the liquid in a separate bowl, add half
cup powdered sugar and one fourth teaspoon black salt. Mix well
and add 2 cups of crushed ice. Stir well and serve.

| Green
Coconut (Daab)Sharbat |

Ingredients:
Large
sized Daab-1, Limca-1 glass, Lemon juice-1
Daab pulp-half cup
Serves:8 |

Steps:
Mix the water
of the green coconut, limca and lemon and store it in the refrigerator.
Pour it in sharbat glasses and add the green coconut pulp and serve. |
| Bel
(Wood Apple)Sharbat |

Ingredients:
Large sized Bel (wood apple)-1,
Sweet curd-8 tbls.
Powdered small elaichi (green cardamom)-1 tsp
Powdered Cashewnut -2 tbls
Serves:3

Steps:
Take the
pulp out of the Bel (wood apple). Remove the seeds and cover it.
Churn the ingredients in the mixer. Add ice cubes and serve.

Green
Mango (Kancha aam) Sharbat
|
|
|
|
Ingredients:
Green mangoes-6
Sugar- according to taste
Black salt-1 tsp
Pudina(mint) leaves- 1 bunch
Fried and powdered cumin seeds-1tsp
Serves:4 |

Steps:
Burn the green mangoes over the gas oven. Boil mint leaves in three
glasses of water and filter it. Mix the pulp of the mangoes, sugar,
black salt, cumin powder and mint water and add ice to serve.

| Pineapple
(Anarosh)Sharbat |

Ingredients:
Medium sized pineapple-1, Vanilla ice-cream- 2 scoop
Lemonade-1 glass, sugar-2 tsp
Serves:4 |

Steps:
Take out the juice of the pineapple and add sugar in it. If the
pineapple is sour you can add more sugar. Add lemonade and keep
it in under refrigeration. In sharbat glasses add vanilla ice-cream
and serve.

| Batabi
Lebu (Pomelo)Sharbat |

Ingredients:
Batabi lebu (Pomelo)-1, Orange fruit- 1, Lemonade-1 glass
Sugar-6 tsp, Fresh cream-half cup, Rose water-1tbls
Soda water-1 bottle, Serves: 4 |

Steps:
Mix orange juice, batabi lebu (Pomelo) juice and lemonade. Add sodawater,
sugar and rose water to the fruit juices. Wisk the fresh cream and
add to the sharbat, cool it and serve.

| Watermelon(Tormuj)Sharbat
|

Ingredients:
Watermelon juice -2 glasses
Pineapple juice -half glass
Ginger powder-half tsp
Ice cubes
Serves:4 |
|
Steps:
Mix both
the juices and add ginger powder and ice cubes and serve. |
