Durga finally leaves for her heavenly abode today. With a heavy heart we bid her goodbye asking her to return soon. Married women apply vermillion on each other's forehead and wish each other joy. Men perform their traditional 'Kola-Kuli'as an act of friendship and togetherness. Bijoya greetings are exchanged. SUBHO BIJOYA !!!
The city goes under a languid spell. Empty pandals cast a desolate look. Life resumes its normal pace and people again eagerly await for the next Durga Puja and we too gear up to provide you the best.
