Vanilla Sponge Cake
Ingredients:
Eggs- 6
Sugar - 100 gm
Refined flour - 150 gm
Vanilla essence - a few drops

Vanila Sponge Cake
Steps:
Beat sugar, eggs and vanilla essence in a pan so that the mixture blends properly. Add flour slowly to the mixture and stir to blend. Spread bakery paper or papers used in bread in the edges of the baking tray. Heat the tray to 180°C. Now pour the mixture in the hot tray. Bake for 45 minutes. Keep 5 minutes for cooling. Serve your vanilla cake.
 
Cashew Cake
Cashew Cake Ingredients:
Cashew- 1 cup,Sugar -2 cups,milk 1/4th cup
ghee- 1/4th cup,saffron-few strands.
Immerse the cashew in cold water for about 2hrs.
Crush it fine to soft paste.
Add saffron in milk and set aside. Mix the cashew paste, sugar and ghee. Keep stirring constantly on little heat for about 10 min. Now continue stirring till cashew cake mixture leaves sides of the vessel before pouring into a greased plate. Pour saffron milk and blend it fine. Then cut into diamond shapes.
