Ice-creams are favourite among all. Wafers and cherries make immediate ingredients and add flavour to them. Some innovative recipes to decorate ice-creams and serve as you please this summer.

Ingredients:
Vanilla ice-cream - 1 scoop, Chocolate ice-cream - 1 scoop, Whisked cream - 15 ml, Wafer - 1,Chocolate flakes - 10gms., Caramel sauce - 10 ml.Sugar-30gms, Butter-15gms, Cream-55ml, Chocolate flakes - 10gms. , Caramel sauce - 10 ml., Sugar-30gms, Butter-15gms, Cream-55ml

Steps:
To make caramel sauce mix sugar and butter and put it on low flame. When it thickens remove from fire. In one bowl place vanilla ice-cream. Add over it half chocolate flakes. Place the chocolate scoop and add the rest of the chocolate flakes. Decorate it with caramel sauce, whisked cream and wafer.

Ingredients:
Mango ice-cream -1 scoop, Strawberry ice-cream -1 scoop, Chocolate ice-cream -1 scoop,Scooped fruits - 25 ml, Whisked cream - 15 ml,Strawberry sauce - 25 ml, For Strawberry sauce fresh strawberry pury-50 ml
Icing sugar - 25 gms.

Steps: 
Mix strawberry puree and icing sugar and strain.
In low flame put this mixture and remove from fire only when it thickens. Store it in a bowl. In a bowl put the ice-cream scoops in the middle and surround it with fruits. Pour strawberry sauce from above and add the whisked cream.
